The location is wonderful. A cave decorated like a living room. Really cozy with even toy boxes for the kids, so that parents can taste and chat quietly. Philippe gives us plenty of time. His philosophy is that everything must be as pure as it gets. The soil must be put into the wine. We can choose whatever we like, and every glass is accompanied with a full explanation of land, vineyards, tasting notes of the wine and how long it can be aged. Philippe has a heart for his products and is passionate. He even makes jokes with the children and is a nice host. Value for money is excellent.

The address of the cave is different from the winery. But the cave is fun to visit and is situated on the D751 to La Loire at the picnic place Calonière between Mosnes and Amboise. Have a look at the map on the site.
