The small door caught our attention. You can not enter without bumping your head, but once inside there was plenty of room. In the authentic cellar we taste the wines from equally authentic barrels. We stand at the gravel floor and see the French play a game of jeu de boules. Really a French atmosphere. They helped us nicely.

Good and affordable wine. For Chablis Grande Reserve you pay around € 11, - for about € 13.50 you have a premier Cru and Grand Crufrom around € 27, -. There is even red wine from Vézelay, but I am here for the Chablis. Afterwards we go and have lunch in the village. Don’t be to late, because all the restaurants are closed after two o’clock.
