Granted, I entered the shop just before closure, so the host was not that happy. But he still let us taste his wines rapidly. I preferred the white Viognier Pays Doc 2009 and the red Les Charmes – Bourdic with much tannins. When I told the man that my preference was not to the rosé, with a wink he admitted that pink is not also his favorite. The shop is set up with a large separate bar, where specialties like shirts and magnums are displayed. Through transparent tubing and a pump system it allows you to tap the wine of your preference from the barrel.
