Twice we visited De Sousa. The reason is  the delicious Champagne, but unfortunately not certainly not because of the  reception. The first time we were welcome to come in to buy, but tasting was out of the question because it wasn’t convenient.. The second time we were turned away at the gate, because they were closed. A few moment later a group of  Japanese people were let in, apparently they were better prepared. Once again delicious wines and for this reason I ‘m still a fan. Their website has a nice (somewhat too long) video clip and some  nice recipes. As we say in Dutch: a donkey never bumps itself thrice on the same stone, but perhaps we should take the risk and see whether they will receive us with open arms on our third visit. To be continued.
