On March 15 2011 we had an extensive tasting at this winery in Blenheim (northern part of the South Island of New Zealand.) Although all the wines I tasted were of good quality, some of them were really outstanding:- 2008 Envoy Riesling. A Riesling with high acidity, but the residual sugars (partly because of oak fermentation) create a good complexity.- 2009 Spy Valley Pinot Gris.
