Right next to the very professional winery Akarua in Otago, is the small, but cozy Bannockbrae Estate. An older couple has this winery established in 1997. Their house overlooks their own vineyards. The table on their terrace is the ‘Tasting room’. It was a lovely spot. We had to pass the living room to get there. The dog Rocky noses around and lays down beside the table.
