We first met Valter Sirk at the annual festival in Ribolla Visnjevik, near Dobrovo. A total of 99 species of Ribolla were to be tasted, of which we had many. There was also a private party going on which we were able to join, there we did meet Valter. Afterwards he showed us his own wine cellar, where we had many different wines to taste.
