Via wine producer Valter Sirk  we ended up with Miran Sirk (not family related) who owns the winery Bjana. Bjana is specialized in the classic method of sparkling wines and also has two still wine. Miran Sirk makes the wines according to the classic method; with the second fermentation in the bottle and also with manual remuage.
