This winery is also a wine museum. In a cave you’ll see some old machinery which they use for making the wine. For example you’ll see a huge wine press, likewise some large barrels and of course the tubs in which they stamp the grapes. Have been buying champagne from M. Chauré for many years, and have just drunk the last of my stock of his Rosé at our New Year celebrations. We're off to buy some more in February, it's good stuff at a very reasonable price!
